Koby felt his heartbreak in the few seconds it took for the marines to toss the little girl over the wall. Not even a pirate would be that underhanded. Even the pirate Alvida who only loved herself would not have stopped to such a thing. She would have had the kid's pocket checked for any valuables and then sent her on her way. To see that the great pirate hunter Zoro and Luffy were more concerned over her well-being hurt his very soul. He didn't think he could be as disappointed in anything the way he was with the marines.
